How would you convince a child to not have sex?

How would you convince a child (about 10 years old) to not be interested in having sexual intercourse soon?
(assume that the kid knows about safe sex)
I said that the kid knows about how to not get pregnant or catch STDs

take them to the maternity/gyno dept of any hospital they will be MORE than willing to give them some inside info that'll make it seem like a VERY bad decision. It seems like its drastic, but they won't forget it, and everyone can learn a little :)
